Lost or Stolen Package Policy
Once your order has been shipped, Memento Vivere Swim is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We do not contact or file claims with any parcel service on your behalf. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and secure at the time of checkout.
Once your package has been shipped, you assume all liability for any issues that arise with the delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve the issue. You may also consider using delivery options that include tracking or insurance for added security.
